About

Hi Im Stephy. I've been on the fitness scene for close to twenty years,teaching all forms of group exercise and eventually in 2014 became a certified personal trainer. I'm also a mother. I have six children. That's right I did say 6. I believe that is what gives me real street cred. I know the obstacles in life because I'm on that journey too.

Over the years, working with clients of varying ages and abilities, I learned my true passion is to help people move better, move healthy, & move strong.

I like to take a holistic & intentional approach to designing each client's plan according to their expressed goals. I do this by utilizing postural & movement assessments which gives me insights on where any possible dysfunction is occuring or simply areas that need improvement. It's all about starting with a strong foundation.

Stephy was my very first trainer, and quite simply changed my life. I was recovering from major knee surgery and a poor self image. She helped me recover faster than I thought possible. She put me at ease in a way that removed my self consciousness and the intimidation that comes from having practically no experience in the gym. I will admit that I had an image in my head of a trainer screaming in my ear while I tried to bench press. In reality, she was able to target very specific small muscle groups with light weights as well as the larger lifts, and all with knowledge, encouragement, and positivity without intimidation. I came away from her sessions feeling good about myself and gaining knowledge that has helped me grow physically, and as a person.
